I am a college grad who recently got her first "real" job. I worked extremely...

hard in school and my multiple internships to qualify for this job. I get paid barely enough to make rent and buy groceries, (let alone pay off student debt), but I took the job to gain valuable experience in my field. After about a month I noticed that my skills in this field were being underutilized. One of my supervisors works from home and sends me assignments, etc. over email most of the time. It's clear he doesn't enjoy doing this. Recently he asked me to use a certain freeware to create something. I spent several hours attempting to use the software (which fucking sucks) and sent him a "rough draft" telling him I knew it had some issues and I'd need some more time to work on it, since the software I used sucks. Instead of waiting for the finished project, he complained about how much "work" it needed, recreated the entire thing using a different software program, (his edits were things I could EASILY have done myself, I even asked him to tell me what he wanted me to change) sent it to me and told me to recreate it using the shitty freeware.
