I wanted to have a birthday party at a city bar I like its different...

but could a good crowd. but I am fearful to spend the money and send invite cards incase no one turns up. whenever i ask others out they never give me a definite yes or no, but if they invite me they expect a definite answer right away. so sick of this double standards.
